This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the AdoBoost software platform, operated by Adobo Solutions. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so this page explains exactly how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
AdoBoost offers a free trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account simply remains on the free tier or pauses — no charge is made.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan inside the app, or by emailing support@adobosolutions.com. When you cancel:
Monthly subscription fees are charged for the month of service and are generally non-refundable. Because you can cancel anytime and retain access through the period you paid for, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
If you purchase an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal.
To request a refund covered by this policy, email support@adobosolutions.com from the address on your account, including your account email and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refunds where we detect abuse of the platform or this policy — for example, accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Anti-Spam Policy, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund requests. Add-on credits or done-for-you services that have already been consumed or delivered are non-refundable.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
