Anti-Spam Policy

AdoBoost, operated by Adobo Solutions, is a legitimate cold-email outreach platform built for compliant, permission-based business communication. This Anti-Spam Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform. By using AdoBoost you agree to follow it.

1. What "Cold Email" Means Here

Cold email is permitted in many jurisdictions when it is relevant, targeted business-to-business outreach with a legitimate interest, proper identification, and a clear way to opt out. AdoBoost is built for this use case — not for mass consumer spam.

2. Your Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions of you and your recipients, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
• GDPR & ePrivacy Directive (European Union / UK)
• CASL (Canada)
• Spam Act 2003 (Australia) and other local regulations

3. Required Practices

When sending through AdoBoost, you must:

• Send only to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, with a genuine, relevant business reason.
• Use accurate "From," "To," and routing information that identifies you truthfully.
• Use subject lines that are not deceptive or misleading.
• Identify the message as outreach where required and include your real business identity.
• Include a clear, working opt-out / unsubscribe mechanism and honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days, or sooner where law requires).
• Include a valid physical postal address or equivalent business contact where required.
• Maintain and respect your suppression/unsubscribe lists across all campaigns.

4. Prohibited Practices

You must not:

• Send to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested lists where you have no lawful basis to contact recipients.
• Email people who have unsubscribed, marked you as spam, or otherwise opted out.
• Use false or misleading header information, spoofed domains, or deceptive subject lines.
• Send content that is fraudulent, phishing, malware-laden, deceptive, or illegal.
• Promote prohibited content including hate speech, harassment, illegal products, or adult content involving minors.
• Attempt to bypass sending limits, rate limits, or spam filters through deception.
• Use the platform in any way that harms the deliverability or reputation of Adobo Solutions or other users.

5. List Hygiene & Deliverability

To keep sending healthy, we require good list hygiene. We provide email verification and inbox warmup tools to help, but you remain responsible for the quality of your lists. We may throttle, pause, or block sending that produces high bounce rates or spam complaints.

6. Complaint & Bounce Thresholds

We monitor spam-complaint rates, bounce rates, and recipient feedback. Sustained complaint rates above industry-standard thresholds (generally 0.1%) or excessive hard bounces may trigger automatic review, suspension, or termination.

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance and to investigate suspected violations. Enforcement actions may include warnings, sending restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity. Serious or repeated violations result in termination without refund.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you received an unwanted email sent through our platform, or wish to report suspected abuse, contact us at abuse@adobosolutions.com. Please include the full message headers where possible. We investigate every report.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy as laws and best practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
